Items purchased can only be exchanged. Frenchie Works Apparel and its affiliates are not responsible for, nor do we issue refunds. Items can be exchanged for something of equal value or a change in size. Exchanges can be made within 4 weeks from the date received. Any items stated as not received or lost in the mail should be reported within 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. In most cases, expenses for shipping and handling are covered by Frenchie Works Apparel and its affiliates. All issues with items should be reported prior to the item being returned for exchange. Contact with all information pertinent to your order(order number, shipping confirmation, items ordered, etc.,) and clearly state your reasons for exchange within this email.
